Executive summary
Profile.
Technology and transformation executive with 25+ years in technology and 15+ years in senior leadership. I work across enterprise IT, platforms, architecture, data, AI, cybersecurity and service operations, mainly in international and regulated environments. My focus is on turning business priorities into practical technology choices, operating models and reliable delivery.
My career spans Deutsche Telekom / T-Mobile, Fortuna Entertainment Group and Allwyn Group, with leadership responsibilities across multiple European markets. I have built and developed international technology organisations, led enterprise-platform transformation, introduced shared operating models and helped organisations adopt new technology without losing operational discipline.
A large part of my work has been building and developing international technology teams — giving managers and specialists clear ownership, helping them grow, and creating organisations that can make good decisions without everything escalating to the CIO.
